I am installing 1.8 version of OSTicket
I was going thru the error log it halts at line 151 in mysqli.php that is calling dbquery
The error log states PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\xampp\htdocs\support\include\mysqli.php on line 151
The php script execution time on your webserver was reached and the web server doesn't allow a longer exection time. You can increase the value in the php.ini. You have to restart your web server after the changes..

As a side note, 1.8 is old, you should probably consider using 1.9 instead... especially since 1.10 should be out by the end of the month,
