How to change OST backend entry to match with frontend time zone

Hi All, I have seen there is some issue / may be i am wrong and need more configuration. When changing OST time zone to some other zone exp. PST but my server time zone setup as MST all the entry going to DB as MST. That is share hosting and can not change system time zone. How to tell MySQL that use the same time zone which was using by OST when changed it from admin panel ? Thanks in Advance

*blink blink*I'm of the opinion that your timezone on your MySQL server isn't really relevant... I'm not sure why you think it is. (except for maybe if a MySQL query does a NOW() statement). Can you explain to me why you think it matters? Because well if I'm wrong I want to know.

@[deleted] When fetch ticket details from backend from table (ost_ticket_thread) mention modified times/date not matching with the thread updated showing times. I believe front end was managed fine with the settings which provided in the admin pannal but how to manage backend MySql entry which was going as server default time zone which is in MST. Let me know if need any other information.

One more thing i would like to add here we are using timesheet module which was provided on (https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/pull/1419) so when we will look at billing hours report date and time showing as per MySQL entry (MST) but when look at the ticket thread it showing in PST. How to manage backend to be show as PST only or match with the Frontend time zone if changed to some other time zone.

I'm of the opinion that MySQL does not alter the stored datetime based on its servers timezone.If any web app says "store 2016-01-15 10 in column row". It literally stores that value.And when you later have any web app say "give me date in column row" it will return "2016-01-15 10" regardless of the timezone settings of the mysql server... Is it perhaps possible that your agent account has a timezone setting that is not correct? (go to Profile upper right and check)The "timesheet module" is a 3rd party mod and you will need to contact them for support.

I have changed time zone already in both locations (System default and Agent ) but still its not working. You can see the defferense in the below screenshot Front end showing time in IST zone but backend its storing it in system default MST time zone.Attached screenshot for all those. blank blank
