Show form entries as URL in agent panel

Hi, is it possible to show user custom form entries as URLs in agent panel?Example:User opens a new ticket, in the custom form there are 2 areas to input a URL (when i created the form i chose this entries to be a short answer)Agent open to view the ticket and can click the link the user entered to open a new tab to the following link.Now if the user enters the link as a 'short answer' it shows up as regular text in the agent panel, if the user enters the URL in a 'long answer' field it will show up as a URL and you can click it to (although it doesn't opens a new tab)If some one can point me to the right file maybe i'll be able to figure it out myself.
