[resolved] User access denied

Hello All Hoping you can help me with this one. Some uses have access into the helpdesk.... some don't and for the life of me i cannot figure out why.I disabled LDAP to see if i could get them in with just UN and PW but still no. The users were created on the fly and then registered manually.Please see piccies below blank blank Im hoping there is a simple check or answer to this. Version 1.9.12Thank you

Have the users confirmed their accounts from the system generated email?

Unfortunately i cannot use email on this system as our masters in Germany do not give us Admin access to the email system to allow IMAP through the email.So i have done the same process in registering users manually. But some work some don't..... Very strange

Can you take a look at your ost_user_account table?Compare one that does work with one that does not and see if you can't find the difference.

I already looked through. Looks like i have sorted it now.After I disabled LDAP, i renewed the password on one of the users and it worked....Looks like there is a problem with the LDAP authentication my end. :) Thanks ntozier for your help on this one! Have a good day!
