Is possible to add multiple lines in database with only one ticket request?

Hi, happy new year.I'm implementing osticket in my work but cannot solve a limitation until now.My office manage dangerous waste in a university, and we need that users submit a ticket with information about chemical composition, danger category and pH of múltiple separate waste. Then, if a user want to eliminate 3 containers with different substances, we want that in our database the ticket number, laboratory name and username, can be repeated in 3 consecutive lines for each different chemical waste.Is possible to solve this problem only with OSticket? or we need a function to reshape our database.Thanks in advance for your comments and orientation!

You could use the Ticket API to open three separate tickets from a custom form... But why not just make a Custom Form and add it to the Help Topic with lab name, username, material. If you have fields like labname1, labname2, labname3 you could support three containers. Unless 3 is an arbitrary number...You could also modify the core source to add another field similar to help topic that does an ajax request to display a custom form for each substance, which would be triggered by them selecting "How many hazardous chemicals do you need to dispose of?" . But you would need someone good at PHP because I dont know exactly how that would be done.
