Sometimes, when you try to open a ticket displays a message:
"This help desk is for use by authorized users only" and user cant open ticket.
in the log I have a message
- ticket dismissed by filter SYSTEM BAN LIST
Where I can edit SYSTEM BAN LIST? I cant find it in admin panel.
Admin panel -> Emails -> Banlist
in Admin panel -> Emails -> Banlist no this email.
and in DB table
ost_filter_rule NO this email.
I have 10-15 emails with same problem.
I haven't the foggiest idea of what you are referring to.If it was rejected by a filter it would say so.If it was rejected as an unregistered client it would say so.Do you have a required field that cannot be set because the person is opening a ticket via email?

No, this problem in web interface
No idea then. And I do not have a 1.9.8.1 install to test on anymore. Maybe you should upgrade to current and see if that fixes the problem.
upgrade to current - dont help.problem also in email ticket opening.
Sorry I have no idea what your issue is.Have you tried disabling "Verify email address domain"?
