Hi,Could someone help me with my problem about email, email is working under normal workflow however if I hard code Cc email recipient it does not work. I added a Cc header on class.mailer.php under send function but as per replying to a ticket via web, the Cc is shown in the message field but on the email exchange it is not processed as Cc.
