I am working on making a plugin to screen pop when call comes in.I want to make the pop up have a sort of dashboard with current open tickets for the user or organization and an option to create a new ticket.Is there documentation or examples on how to query ticket, user info, etc and also display?The code is mainly going to be javascript popping up divs on the screen, is it possible to put code in the <head>Thanks in advance

No such documentation exists, as it is not a feature of the ticket system.You would have to code your interactions against the DB directly.
