Hello. With all the help I get here I have my system working great.During testing I hide Dashboard page and now realized that My Profile is there, so the user can't set the refresh rate, etc.I have a reports MOD that works much better, so I really don't want this one.My question: Can I (don't know hoe to make it) hide the Dashboard sub tab and make agent directory or my profile as the default? I did hide the Dashboard subtab but it still appears if i click on the Dashboard main tab.blankI'm on 1.9.12. Thank you!

@[deleted], Not really helping your problem. But what mod do you use to do reports?

The only report mod tha tI know of is the one that forum member scottro authored and distributes via sudobash,nethttp://www.sudobash.net/osticket-reports-6-0-osticket-release-1-7/

Well because anyone responds to my question I have another doub: dos My Preferences always appear at the top (near logoff on agent page)? Mine isn't there but maybe something regarding some mods.

I'm not sure what your trying to ask.Yes "My Preferences" appears in the upper right.

I was trying to ask that. Which file contains the configuration for the upper right links?

If memory serves me correctly I believe what you are looking for is the file that displays that which is the header file./include/staff/header.inc.php
