I want to use an API for logging into the system. Is there any API for logging into the OSTicket while using another system.?Moreover i want to login the user on Single Sign On

The API is currently limited to ticket creation, so I don't think this is possible currently.

Then who will generate a ticket ?Would that be an anonymous user or what ?

I am passing the key but it is saying invalid api key !
