[resolved] Email validation is not accurate

Hi there guys I hope you can help me with this problem!I have the osTicket newly installed and I want to use it for demo purposes at this time. The web application is running fine with some issue here and there, but the one that most matters now is email validating mechanism not being accurate. I am not able to create new Agents for that reason. please check the screenshots & thank you for your time :) blank

Admin panel -> Emails -> Settings -> Verify Email Addresses:

thank you for your time ntozierI really was thinking the complicated way, I thought I would have to dive into php files, to grab the function and debug it. Thanks again!

As a side note, my understanding is that the verify tries to make sure that dns for the email address is correct. You may have a dns issue if it failed on ever email address that you tried.
