Hi, one of our custom forms lets call this 'ticket details' has a dropdown selection list called Sites. This is to allow a user to choose which location they are at (we have several) That info is saved in the ticket, emailed to engineers and so on. What would be really nice is if there is a way to have a custom tab on the main display of tickets to show you the sites. This could be net to 'Assigned To'Is this possible, is there a Mod out there that I'm not seeing?Pete
