Integration with CRM?

Is there a way to tie osTicket 1.9.x into a CRM, like SugarCRM or SuiteCRM?I ask as I'd like to be able to populate my CRM and have contacts and departments cross over to osTicket after being entered to keep from duplicates being made or information being incorrect/missing.Thanks.

There is no native way to do this with osTicket. That being said there are some people who have written plugins or custom code or bridges to be able to integrate things with like WordPress, etc. You're best bet would be to look that mods and customizations section of the forums, and check with the CRM of your choice to see if there is a plugin/extension in their repository.
