LDAP pluggin setup not posible

am trying to configure the LDAP as plugging sets in http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//how-to-configure-the-ldap-authentication-and-lookup-plugin however, when I click in Save changes button, only a blanck screen is shown without saving setting. Any idea?Im running osTicket v.1.9.7

To start with 1.9.7 is old, you should upgrade.If you are getting a blank screen then you either need to enable error displaying, or check your PHP error log because that means a PHP error is being thrown.Q: How do I turn on error displaying for osTicket?

I would guess that you downloaded the plugin from github instead of from http://osticket.com/download
