variable ticket not working

I want to create typical answers with use of variables ticket, the problem it is that osticket do not get back the value of variables, I have in result for example %{ ticket.number } and not the value.moderator note: this forum posted edited to remove html/css formatting embedded in it. no actual content was changed (ntozier)

Version of osTicket?I don't know if you actually have spaces in yours, but it's %{ticket.number}Please help us to help you by reading and following the posting

Thank you for your kind attention.i don't in have spaces my variables.there are the Typical answers , I parametrized variable ticket to get back the value of its variables automatically but he does not work. i can't have the value automatically .
