Hello everyone.
I was wondering if someone could help me. On the check ticket status page, there are 2 boxes below. The first 1 is email address and in that box it is written (e.g. john.doe@osticket.com). In the second box, It says number, and in that box its written eg: 051243.
I'd like to change what's written in the email box (john,doe@osticket.com.)
I've attached a pic to better explain what I'd like to do..
