Editing / Adding Canned Response Premade replies

Hi,

I have some canned existing response premade replies in OSTicket 1.9.12 and wish to amend and add new ones.

I can't find where I make these changes. I can confirm I have permission 'Can Manage Premade' set to YES.

Anyone have any ideas?

Staff panel -> Knowledgebase -> Canned Responses
