We have some staff who used to double click submit on a new ticket causing duplicate tickets. After training that stopped.
Now we have the same issue with tickets created out in the field using ipads.
Is there a way of stopping this?
Maybe checking the created date (and time) and if it is within 30 seconds die?
This is getting frustrating as we are getting 3 or 4 tickets for about half our field jobs.
Any help is appreciated :)
