Hy everyoneI have a question regarding Departments and Help Topics.We are one Company, on 2 Sites.In OsTicket we have 2 departments.Department ZurichDepartment St.GallenWe have 2 Help TopicsQuestionSupportI was wondering how i could manage that an end User who can open a Ticket on the Customer Portal can choose in which department he goes.Example:User A opens a Ticket, choose Help Topic Support and chooses Department Zurich so the Ticket goes in this Department.User A can also open a Ticket choosing Question and Department Zurich.I made a custom form with a Dropdown Menu for " 2 Sites" but Ticket routing is only working by Help Topic.....or Ticket Filter...I think i can manage that with a Ticket Filter but is it possible that a User is able to choose a department by creating a new ticket?I appreciate any help.OsTicket Specs:osTicket-Versionv1.9.12 (19292ad)
