A thread in this forum helped out in the new ticket notification issue I had- just a matter of settings- I'm vexed a little that that wasn't already the default setting to avoid that problem. Now my request concerns the receipt of the email notification "support"- is there any setting that can change that to the actual sender's name,in my case inala arts, that would make it more clear who and where the sender of that notification really is and comes from. Just "support" may be considered spam or at the very least could be missed by the receiver.:(

The sender's name is the name of the email address used to send the notification/message. You can change it in Admin Panel > Emails tab.

Thank you so much- don't know how I missed that simple solution ... oh well ... I tested it out and as usual it works 100%. At last everything is a-go at OS Ticket.:)
