Reply emails from many account

Hi Forum, I hope you are fine.Anybody knows if we can manage different emails to reply emails?. E.g. I receive an email at Help@xxx.com and I want to reply mail from same account(Help@xxx.com ), and also I receive an email from info@xxxx.com and I want to reply from the same email (info@xxxx.com). Is that Possible?.Thanks in advance,Ignacio

You can set up several departments (e.g. help and info) and in the department settings specify the outgoing email address, so help@xxx.com for the help department and info@xxx.com for info department.To add an email address:Admin Panel > emails > emailsTo specify the outgoing email: Admin panel > agents > department > help department (or info department) > outgoing email

Yes, when the agent is a member of all the departments it is possible - the agent would just need to make sure the ticket is in the correct department before replying.
