Currently you can only click on the column header of column that you want to sort by.The new version has some more sort features.
Problem is that its not showing last update date of the ticket in the view its showing ticket created date and time when see the all tickets in the agent panel. Is that possible to show last modified date and time in the agent view panel ? So it would be easy to short base on the date and time. Amit
If you want to much with the code with the 1.10 release fairly imminent then yeah you could change that. Other wise it seems to me that you would want to wait for the next stable release.
