How can I add the option to draw a ticket?

This isn't possible currently and I'm not sure if drawings will be possible in a future version also.Only thing which is planned for 1.10 (when I remember correctly) is to annotate pictures. See this pull request:https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/pull/1708

When it's finished.osTicket team does not make public announcements / deadlines when a new version comes out. It will be released when it's done and stable for productive use.

I am not aware of any plans to include a "draw a ticket" feature in the project.
