Ahead of the answer to your question:osTicket 1.10-rc2 is a release candidate version - you shouldn't use it in productive environment yet!Regarding image usage itself, as far as I know, avatars (or logo/images how you called it) are not yet fully implemented - so currently you cannot really change them for each user/agent - but I guess in 1.10 final this will be possible then.
