I was wondering if anyone here would know the hardware requirements for a place to serve 200 users and with an average of 5 tickets submitted a day.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
osTicket has a small footprint, any utility server setup will work. To install and run osTicket, as of version 1.6, the following components are required;
*Web Server: Apache or IIS
*PHP Version: 4.3+
*MySQL Database: 4.4+
