@[deleted]I didn't use the 1.9.12. so I didn't knew it. Thanks for your help. I applied the design to my installation.One thing is not working right. It's not showing the german flag. Only the english one is visible.And the design is not orange its blue black?

@[deleted]: It's just two mouseclicks away from you. 1. Visit the demopage2. Right Mouseclick in page, show source code3. Left Mouseclick on link in line 29 /ext_base.css4. Hi.I'm trying to put a theme on my osTicket system, but I have not the slightest idea of how to install without error. I looked at the theme of the installation guide and spoke to replace certain files, I went there and replaces, but as soon as replacing my website no longer works, the screen is just white. They know what is the problem?
@Maurinho make a backup of current osticket foldercopy extracted files on osticket root folder, it will add some folders and replace some files (for example index.php)Refresh your browser and you will have the new theme
Developing themes for osticket is a little complicated, because you have to change and overwrite core files. If you wan't to integrate some other mods or doing an update it becomes complicated. Now we have a solution for you: We have integrated vqmod in osticket 1.9.12 and 1.10. . Vqmod is a override engine, that allows you to modify core files via external files. This system is approved over years in opencart, a open source ecommerce system. We are developing extensions and mods for this shop system, too.Here's is the link to the original vqmod on github:https://github.com/vqmod/vqmodHere's is the link to the wiki with some examples how to use vqmod:https://github.com/vqmod/vqmod/wiki/ExamplesIf you like to disable or deinstall an extension or theme, you have only to add a additional character to the file extension or delete the file. From now it's more easier to develop and test for osticket.We have tested the integration now since two weeks and solved some minor issues. All themes and mods, developed by us, will be now integrated with vqmod.We will keep you informed and are working hard to get all the new things online!

Hallo Jürgen,ich habe auch das problem wie von @[deleted] beschrieben.Auf der Ticket-Detailseite gibt es keine Möglichkeit, auf ein laufendes Ticket zu antworten.Auch wird nicht der komplette Ticket-Verlauf aufgelistet, sondern nur die Eingabefelder aus der Eröffnung.
