Hi, look my site was working fine, but suddenly a few days ago two agents stops to receive the new ticket alert, all system works fine even I still receiving the alerts to my mail but they don't anymore.if I make a test to send mail they can receive it but not from system automatically.i hope anyone can help.thank you.
