Hi everyone, I´m using the ticket API, it´s working great. But I got a small issue. When I´m sending some HTML code in the body message, in the ticket it appears as a text. Making some tests I found out in the table "ost_ticket_thread" the field "format" and changed it to html and it works fine. Now the question how can I force the field as html default? I tried many ways to do it with my string but no luck.ThanksBruno Inacio
