Hi All,We have been using OSTicket for our customer service dept for over a year now and over that time it has progressively gotten slower, we have somewhere in the region of 68,000 tickets currently (combined open and closed figure) and the problem we have is that the admin side slows down to a point where an agent clicks on something and they sit there with a spinning icon and it goes no further, if I restart the HTTP services things are fine for a while before it eventually slows down again. The Server 2008R2 VM this runs on has 4 cores and 4Gb RAM, which should be plenty. The only thing I have been able to put this down to is the database, both the ost_ticket_thread and ost_file_chunk tables are over 1Gb, we have been using the file attachments on system plugin for a while, but I am wondering if the table size for the file chunk is the cause of the slowness? We have someone who wants to take a look and see if he can improve the performance, but he has asked if there is a database structure (ER?) diagram available so he can see how everything is linked together before he goes making changes.Does anyone know if this exists and where we can find it?Cheers,Will :-)osTicket Version: v1.9.12 (19292ad)Web Server Software: Apache/2.4.16 (Win32) OpenSSL/1.0.1p PHP/5.6.12MySQL Version: 5.6.26PHP Version: 5.6.12
