can you please explain how we can change the URL of OSTICKET.

We installed the system with an internal URL and want change all now to the officially

URL.

Under Settings / System / Helpdesk URL we already changed it but if we browse

on the officially URL the system change always to the other one.

step 1. Configure your web server to answer the URL you want to use, and point to the osticket folder.step 2. Go to admin panel, and change Helpdesk URL.step 3. Clear your browser cache.

URL but it always goes back to the temporary URL if I browse to the official

URL

Then you have a redirect in place on your webserver, DNS is wrong, or you have not cleared your cache.

Thank you the redirect in the index.html was the problem...
