Recently upgraded to ver 1.9.12; didn't have this problem with ver 1.9.6(?).
Problem: Agent 1 is logged in under their own account. they are working on their own tickets. At "some point", they are now logged in as Agent 2 instead.
It is like the session state for Agent 1 is mixed up with the session state for Agent 2. This has happened more than once. Nothing is logged in the system error log. Have not isolated what the agents are doing when this happens.
Any suggestions as to other log files / debugging options to help isolate where the problem is occurring?
