Ticket Filtering: Date Range & Email Variables

v1.10 RC2On ticket filtering i want to create 2 rules:1. Send email when Emergency ticket is raised2. Automatically Close tickets that have been in a Resolved status for over 5 days.For the email I want to populate the ticket number using variable #%{ticket}. The Ticket Number variable is not populated.For automatically closing a ticket, I can't use the Date Closed field (unless I add it in a Custom Form) or set a filter for >5 days from the Closed Date.Any ideas?

Thanks, %{ticket.number} doesn't work when creating an email in Ticket Filtering. It comes through as Array in the email.The only variables that populate:%{company}%{ticket.message}%{ticket.source}Is this a defect in 1.10?

I'm not real sure that your talking about.Remember 1.10 has not been released. RC is release candidate. This is not a version that is finalized and should not be used in production.

Hi,Using Ticket Filtering, I want to automatically send an email to users when a high priority ticket as been raised.I want the email to specify the ticket number using the variable %{ticket.number}Instead of the email showing the Ticket Number, it shows the word Array.

It's probably triggering the email before the ticket is being created, so there is no ticket number yet. I would open a issue report on github for that.https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/issues/new
