Making the %{ticket.staff_link} a hyperlink

Good day,When I receive a message of an assigned ticket, the %{ticket.staff_link} comes through as plain text. How can I change it so that the person assigned the ticket will be able to click on this link and it will take them to ticket that has been assigned to them?
