Unfortunately not - only thing I could imagine is the advanced search maybe.To achieve this you'd need to alter the source code.

Yes, and since that sucks, but the osTicket Team is working on custom queues, so you can build a queue according to your needs. Check it out here: https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/pull/2577

It's under development (alpha status) for a future version (probably 1.11), so let's just say that this feature will come in a future release ;)
