Include all status while viewing list with date range.

Hi, I am new to osTicket. I am using v1.9.5 version of osTicket. I want list of all tickets with all statuses (open, closed, deleted etc) with a date range i.e. 10/01/2015 to 10/22/2015. currently it is list only tickets with open status.Kindly advise me. Thanks

Such a "list" (= custom ticket queue) is currently not possible within osTicket, but there are plans to include such a feature in the future (no ETA when it will be included).To achieve this now, you would need to alter the source code.
