Mail Sending: SMTP
Mail Fetching/Receiving: None... Don't want that setup.
PHP version: 5.5
Operating System: Linux Mint 13
Ok... so I have the SMTP email setup properly to where the ADMIN is receiving emails from New Tickets created. However, the user who opened the ticket cannot receive the new ticket email.
I have generated tickets as a user with several email addresses, and none of the email addresses receive an email with the New Ticket number.
Here are my settings:
Autoresponders (Global Setting): Everything is Enabled
Alerts & Notices: Everything is Enabled
Any ideas? How can I activate a setting so that USERS receive ticket confirmation emails with their new ticket number?
