Official Responsive Client Area?

First of all: osTicket is really awesome, thank you for all the effort you put into it!Responsive websites are becoming increasingly important. When I was looking for a responsive theme for osTicket I came across efforts of different projects to do so, one of them even for free. However, I'd love to see a basic responsive theme from official side. I assume that would be best for keeping the system up to date with the lowest required effort.My question: is there any information available if a theme-system or an official responsive client area is planned?

Yes there are plans to do so, but I think these are not short-term plans, so will take some time.See one of the developers' (greezybacon) comment here over at github:https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/issues/2486

My osTicket has been running great for a few years now. I dropped by this forum today to ask the same question. I feel that a responsive design is very necessary for obvious reasons.

The current theme is based off the Twitter BootStrap theme. Editing it and making a custom version isn't that hard. Many have done it already. But if you are not comfortable with CSS editing or adjusting ares in the php pages, then it would be best to look at the themes others have created or wait for the osticket with the themeing feature to come out. I wouldn't expect it till after 1.12 though unless the devs had plans for 1.11 as 1.10 doesn't change much on the backend for the theme.
