Post Reply / Add Note to Multiple Tickets at one time

Hi All,

I'd like to - from a list - check multiple tickets, then send the same Reply to those checked tickets at the same time. It'd be nice to do the same with Adding Notes also. Is this possible somehow from within osTicket ( current ) 1.9.12.

I guess you'd need to alter the source code to achieve this.As far as I know it's currently only possible to delete and change the status of multiple tickets at once.
