CentOS, so have you disabled SELinux?

What version of osticket?

osTicket (v1.9.12)either selinux is enabled or not i get the same error. So, I have posted few tickets and it was working.I think after installing german language pack it doesnt work anymore, but i have disabled german language pack and its still not working.. Then I have deleted them, also not working.When I try to post a ticket I will get thoose errors -- above mentioned

How could you disable a language pack? As far as I know only plugins could be disabled. Do you mean that you have switched back to english in the agent profile setting?This error I have only seen when people have problems with a language pack (but when they are using 1.10). It looks like the language settings are stored in the ost_config-Table in multiple entries (system_language, staff.1, etc.). Maybe on of the entries is still configured to use the german language pack. You could try to change it manually to en_US and see if this makes a different..

Yes, there are no users or any settings that is using german language pack.I have deleted it from i18n (also i installed it by putting it in i18n folder)
