There is a workaround to send a copy of every outbound mail from osticket to a specific email address, if it helps. Please find more details about it using the following link.http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//smtp-outgoing-mail-not-in-sent-items#latestAn inbuilt option in the GUI would be a great benefit and lot of users seem to looking for this option including me :) .
