When I try to build a phar for the ldap-auth, I get an error:php -dphar.readonly=0 make.php build auth-ldapSpecify Crowdin API key to integrate language filesI understand that this is a private key and shouldn't be published, but is there a workaround? You can download the plugins from osticket.com/download.
If you want to change something from one of those phar plugin files, you can extract the phar, include your fixes/changes l and then rebuild it.
If you can provide more info what phar you're trying to build I'm sure we can assist so you succeed ;)
