Hi Guys

I am experiencing Problems with Rejecting New Tickets by Email.

Tickets get only rejected from unknown user but not from registered users.I don't want that users are able to send an Email and a Ticket gets open.They should use the Web Portal to do this.

Look at my Ticket Filter , i entered also a Regex like @[deleted] said

We've a similar filter to mark all tickets from a certain address with a specific help topic and done it that way:blankCheers,Michael
