I have done this 4 times now, from 3 different IP numbers, just to make sure I wasn't imagining it.Every time I try to edit the Wiki, the IP address I am using is immediately blocked by the osTicket.com server(s), and stays that way for somewhere between an hour and overnight.  (server not responding when trying to get to osticket.com/whatever)The last time I made a Wiki edit was nearly a year ago, so maybe I missed an announcement that it was no longer permitted.OR... is it just me that osTicket hates? Has anyone else noticed this issue?

I would pm @[deleted] about that. :)

That seems like the nuclear option, I'd like to save that for a real urgency.I noticed that the main Wiki page says you have to be "a registered and active osTicket Forum Member"I have been inactive since...March it looks like, and haven't made a Wiki update for 11 months, so maybe I stepped on a spammer tripwire.  I've made a few comments recently, though, so I'm off to try updating the Wiki again now.

That's a big FAIL!

I edited the page, and as soon as I clicked save, BAM: "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at osticket.com."

I switched to a different computer using a different IP address, and I'm back here posting again, so it doesn't seem to be based on the login account.
