Under the admin area - Manage / Forums. I would like to create more forums to use for tickets, like the one already in there called ticket details. I would like a separate forum for each type of ticket put in, so I need a bunch of forums created. I tried to create one, but it will not allow me to add several items that I need on the form as it is displayed in the one created on install of the help desk "Ticket details". Items such as:Email AddressFull NamePhone NumberIssue Details Is there a way to copy this forum, so I have several to customize the way I would like with all fields. Or a way to add the fields above to a custom forum I created already?
