Useful Features I think should be included

I have a couple of suggestions.1. When you type an email address and name, it is set in stone. If that person goes to open a ticket again, the original name will be on the success page and the ticket. That is a problem. What if that person deleted that email account, someone else chose it, then it would show the wrong name in the next ticket because osTicket does not respect new names, it only uses the name from the first time that email address was entered.2. osTicket really needs a responsive theme. It doesn't look very good at all on mobile.3. A user Administration panel would be nice so Admins or Staff could look at other users accounts.Other than that, i love the new update.Version: 1.9.12Thanks.

Thanks for your feedback.1. But It is not set in stone? you can edit the users name or email address2. I agree.3. There is already a user admin panel? Staff panel -> Users.

I did eventually find the users, i just would have never thought to look there.Thanks for your response.
