Good dayI have some OSTicket Administrators (Support Managers) , that want to be able to create their own Excel reports, and update them directly from the MYSQL DB using an ODBC connection. In my opinion this is very risky as we will then be Vulnerable to MYSQL Injection and hacking of our server. What is your take on this? Are you aware of users doing this for reporting proposes? What other reporting options are there?I have come across http://www.sudobash.net/osticket-reports-6-0-osticket-release-1-7/ but that only gives us numbers of tickets per department or other categories. I want to know if there is a solution where I can refresh data to Excel, without making a direct ODBC Connection into the MYSQL DB. But if you feel this is safe and would advise it, please let me know.Kindest regardsMartin
