I'm sorry if this has been covered elsewhere but I searched and couldn't find this under the Mods section for v1.9.I'm looking to simply add the Help Topic field to a new column in the Agent View Ticket List. A good writeup to complete this mod is available on the following post, but the post is about v1.7 and best as I can tell there have been some changes to the tickets.inc.php file which make these steps unusable in the version I am running (1.9.12 stable).http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//request-help-topic-in-staff-open-and-close-ticketAny help is appreciated, thank you.
