Add Menu in Menu Bar

I am trying to add Menu in Menu Bar. I went to include/class.nav.php and added $navs=array('desc'=>__('Main Website'),'href' => '"http://www.google.com" target="_blank"','title'=>''); but on the client side, google.com.np is not visible instead the installed location of osticket is displayed. Looks to me like $navs already exists.

I have used 'kb' as an example. In this case how do i add external link for example google.com?

$navs is an array, so you would add the info in the proper format to the array.
