Hi,I am looking to start a project to build some custom reports using osTicket data.At this point, we are using a variety of help topics and forms, and would like to do some analysis on this. In some cases, we need to create a basic ticket log, but we need to pull some data from the forms for those logs.I am looking at a reporting product called Navicat to pull the data directly from the mySQL database. http://www.navicat.com/I have been browsing the table structures, and I am worried that this might be a larger undertaking than I originally thought.Does anyone have experience building reports from osTicket's data, including pull information from custom forms? I am looking for some basic guidance on how to approach this task, and if someone has expert knowledge, I would be interested in outsourcing or using consulting time for this as well.Thanks,Bryant
