How to edit the sub_nav menù

Hi,I've created another state for tickets, called "Spam".Now I've created a filter, and the filter changes the state of a ticket in "Spam", and it works correctly.Now what I need to do if I want to add a link called "Spam" here http://prntscr.com/8jm7zz ?I want a link that shows only the tickets with the "Spam" as state.Thanks for the help.

Ok, so, I'm using the latest version (1.9.12) on a Linux machine and I've created this: http://prntscr.com/8jo3utThen, I made a filter, this one: http://prntscr.com/8jo47hEvery ticket we receive with the word "Read:" goes to Spam automatically. And it's ok.Now I want another category here: http://prntscr.com/8jo4t7 called "Spam" (like "Closed" etc...)In that category I can find all the tickets marked as "Spam".Is it possible?Thanks and sorry.

There is no way to achieve that via the ui in that version.Custom Queues are coming in 1.10 when its released.

So if I install the "osTicket Core v1.10-rc.2" I can do it?

No. Once 1.10ST or 1.10.0 is released you can install that and do it.Currently 1.10rc2 allows you to use advanced search to find such things, but its a little wonky.As always one should not use Beta software like the RC's in a production enviornment.
